CameraTech Squad provides professional installation, configuration, and maintenance services for third-party security camera systems. We do not design, manufacture, sell, or operate surveillance hardware, nor do we offer live video monitoring services.

User Eligibility

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Own the property or have written authorization to allow installation at the service location

Client Obligations

• Provide correct and complete information for scheduling and service delivery
• Ensure clear and safe access to the premises during installation or maintenance
• Obtain all necessary approvals from landlords, housing societies, or local authorities before installation
• Safeguard login credentials, passwords, and access to your camera systems

Third-Party Equipment & Platforms

We install and configure products supplied by third-party manufacturers. CameraTech Squad is not responsible for device performance, cloud storage, mobile applications, or data handling practices of external providers. Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing & Payments

• All service charges will be disclosed prior to starting any work
• Payments must be made according to the agreed booking terms
• Late or failed payments may lead to service delays, suspension, or additional fees

Limitation of Responsibility

CameraTech Squad shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or incidents caused by improper use, malfunction, or failure of third-party equipment. We are not liable for security incidents or property damage after installation unless directly resulting from proven service negligence. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellations & Appointment Changes

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late notice may result in a cancellation fee.
